Ok, I need someone good at science (rocks in particular)?

I'm having trouble figuring out what this would be:

You want to mine granite, and you have two pieces of land to choice from. One piece is described as having a granite batholith under it, and the other has a granite sill. If both plutonic bodies are at the same depth, which would be a better buy for you? Explain your answer.

Any help on this would be great! Thanks!|||batholith would be better because it is continuous and can go deeper down while a sill is shorter, tubular and more shallow
